Omega x Swatch Moonswatch ‘Mission to the Moon’ 1965 Edition

The Moonswatch collaboration between Omega and Swatch was by far the biggest watch story of 2022 and they remain some of the most desirable pieces in the market today. These playful tributes to the Speedmaster utilise Swatch’s Bioceramic material to create eleven unique and special pieces that each represent the nine planets, the moon and the sun.

All pieces benefit from the same dimensions as the iconic Speedmaster and details such as the ‘dot over ninety’ on the tachymeter scale and the distinctive subdials in a variety of colour combinations for the dials and straps. Further, the caseback on each watch is printed with the mission text and battery covers which depict the relevant ‘mission.’

This ‘Mission to  the Moon’ 1965 Edition (Ref. SO33M106 ) was purchased new from Swatch, Florence in May 2025. It is one of the most sought after Moonswatches due to its recent release and unique features such as the vintage Omega logos, unique grey Bioceramic case and special luminous 1965 in the subdials. Having only been removed from the box for the purposes of these images, the piece is complete with the Moonswatch box, purchase receipt, various brochures and warranty paperwork.
