Omega x Swatch Moonswatch ‘Mission to Neptune’ Ostrich

The Moonswatch collaboration between Omega and Swatch was by far the biggest watch story of 2022 and they remain some of the most desirable pieces in the market today. These playful tributes to the Speedmaster utilise Swatch’s Bioceramic material to create eleven unique and special pieces that each represent the nine planets, the moon and the sun.

All pieces benefit from the same dimensions as the iconic Speedmaster and details such as the ‘dot over ninety’ on the tachymeter scale and the distinctive subdials in a variety of colour combinations for the dials and straps. Further, the caseback on each watch is printed with the mission text and battery covers which depict the relevant ‘mission.’

This ‘Mission to Neptune’ (SO33N100C) is a limited-edition variant that is complete with an Ostrich leather NATO strap and Ostrich pattern on the Swatch presentation box. This example was purchased new in August 2024 from Harvey Nichols, London and remains unworn with its crystal sticker in place. The Neptune remains the most desirable Moonswatch from the core collection and this Ostrich variant is more unique with its navy colours strap, compared to the regular black.
