The Speedmaster Broad Arrow ‘Re-Edition’ was released to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the legendary Omega Speedmaster, which was introduced in 1957. Instantly recognisable due to the Broad Arrow hands, reference 3594.50.00 had several other styling cues from the original CK 2915.
The Re-Edition was presented with a 42mm steel case and powered by the infamous Calibre 1861 manual movement, complete with 48-hour power reserve. Not only was the ’57 Re-Edition a 40th Anniversary piece, it was also introduced as part of the ‘Missions Set’ of Speedmasters, which remains one of the most desirable collection of Speedys to date.
We are fortunate to offer the following Broad Arrow ’57 Re-Edition to the market, which presents in exceptional condition and is complete with box and cards. According to its Omega International Warranty card, this piece was supplied new to the Asian market in 1999 and is fitted with the original and more desirable style bracelet and buckle.
This Broad Arrow has recently enjoyed a complete service by Omega that was completed in August 2024 and is now covered by the service warranty. Works carried out including a complete chronograph service, new crystal and gaskets fitted, new hands fitted and a light polish carried out. This is surely the finest example available today of this rapidly appreciating Speedmaster.
